Why we do what we do

For us at Flowers, it is an affair of the heart. We truly want our little Flowers to flourish.

The first six years of a child's life are considered the most important. During this period, children experience rapid physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development. The experiences a child has during this time can have a significant impact on their cognitive development and their ability to learn.

We are trying to build a strong foundation for learning like how to interact with others, regulate their emotions, and develop empathy and kindness.

Equally important is, that a child's physical health is critical in the early years. Proper nutrition, healthcare, and early intervention can help prevent or address health problems that can have long-term effects on a child's development.

The first few years they spend with us will provide a crucial window of opportunity to promote healthy development and set the stage for future success.

Changing the lives of impoverished children requires a comprehensive approach that addresses their physical, emotional, and social needs. By investing in education, healthcare, nutrition, supportive communities, and economic empowerment, we can help break the cycle of poverty and provide children with a brighter future.
